On Thursday, February 5, 2026, Chief Judge Jacob A. Brown will present the State of the District, broadcast live at 5:00 p.m.  

This year, CFBLA will combine the viewing of the State of the District presentation with a happy hour featuring light appetizers in celebration of Kathy Deetz’s retirement and her many years of dedicated service.
