CFBLA CLE Luncheon

CFBLA’s next CLE luncheon, Estimating a Personal Injury Claim in a Bankruptcy Lawsuit will be held at noon on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the offices of Akerman LLP, 420 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1200, Orlando, Florida. Daniel Etlinger of Underwood Murray and Frank Papa of the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller will discuss the mechanics of estimating a personal injury claim in a bankruptcy lawsuit tand various methodologies deployed by various courts. One hour of General CLE has been approved.
The cost for lunch is $25.00 for CFBLA Members and $35.00 for Non-Members. Please keep in mind, that if you make a reservation for lunch but don’t attend, you will be billed for the reservation. This lunch will not be live-streamed but will be available to view at a later time on our website. You may pay online through our website or pay at the door. CFBLA CLE Brown Bag Luncheon

The Bankruptcy Court will present a CLE Brown Bag Lunch, Chapter 11 Practice & Zoom Appearances in All Chapters, at noon on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the USBC, 5th Floor Training Room, 400 W. Washington Street, Orlando, Florida.
Join the Orlando Bankruptcy Judges for a luncheon discussion on local practice in Chapter 11 including discussions about first-day motions, emergencies, confirmation hearings and more. As a bonus, the Judges will also discuss their guidelines for Zoom appearances. One hour of CLE has been approved.
A brown bag lunch from Fire House Subs will be available for pre-order/purchase at $15.00; however, you are welcome to bring your own lunch. Other than the cost of the optional lunch, there is no cost to attend, but space is limited so RSVPs are requested.
